Payments
Stripe handles invoicing after each appointment, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Connect a Stripe account to send live invoices from Castle.
Castle takes a 2% platform fee on Castle Solo invoices and a 1% platform fee on paid-tier invoices. Stripe deducts this from the payment; Castle does not add it as a separate customer line item.
Subscription Tier
Stripe subscriptions control access. Admin accounts bypass payment.
Castle locations
Tier 4 can manage multiple business locations. Customers pick a location before choosing a date, and owner calendars can show one location or all locations.
Castle Team work stations
Create bays, employees, rooms, chairs, or any bookable station. Team scheduling can book the same time when different stations are open.
Reminder providers
Twilio sends customer booking/status texts. Resend sends booking request and appointment status emails when customers choose email reminders.
